EDIS works closely together with a variety of web developers, resulting in the constant development of our hosting system. We grow, as our customers needs grow and regularly update our system with new exciting features. All our web hosting plans come with at least one free email address per domain(s) which incorporates active SPAM and virus filtering systems. Every hosting plan including and after our Starter Hosting plan comes with the most recent version of the PHP scripting language and the ability to host database servers. We keep daily backups of all databases and websites for a period of 30 days. If you require help, you will be assisted by our experienced technicians via email or on our free phonelines.

We monitor our services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and have technicians present around the clock to handle any issues. EDIS runs its own datacentre in Graz, Austria. Elsewhere EDIS operates its own infrastructure within some of the fastest datacentres in Europe and now in the U.S.A.
