If the invoice recipient does not react to invoices or reminders, the owner of the domain name is informed in writing. The owner can now pay the invoice him/herself or name another invoice recipient. If the owner does not react, the domain is locked and deleted after about four weeks. The pending claim remains valid and will be pursued in court.
